Known for his generous spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones, Mike's passing has created a profound void in the lives of those who knew him.

Born on June 15, 1966, in Austin, Texas, Mike was raised in a close-knit family that instilled in him the values of hard work and kindness. 

He attended school in Austin, where he made lasting friendships and developed a passion for sports, particularly football and baseball. 

After high school, Mike pursued a degree in Business Administration at Texas State University, where he thrived both academically and socially.

Following his graduation, Mike embarked on a successful career in the logistics industry. Over the years, he built a reputation for his exceptional work ethic and leadership skills, rising through the ranks to become a respected manager. 

His colleagues admired him for his ability to inspire and motivate others, as well as for his unwavering commitment to providing excellent service.

Outside of work, Mike was deeply devoted to his family. He cherished his role as a husband to his wife, Linda, and a father to their two children, Emily and Jake. 

Family vacations, weekend barbecues, and spontaneous adventures were hallmarks of the Ackerman household. 

Mike was always the life of the party, known for his storytelling and ability to bring people together.
