In addition to his exceptional videography skills, Landen was an ardent individual who devoted himself entirely to his profession. Landen initiated his foray into sports videography during his senior year of high school, wherein his ardour for filming athletic competitions first materialized.
As a result of his persistent pursuit of opportunities to develop his abilities, this enthusiasm ultimately propelled him to become a member of the Multimedia team at North Dakota State University Athletics.
During this time, Landen refined his abilities and acquired priceless expertise, producing captivating videos that struck a chord with both students and enthusiasts.
His commitment to visual narrative construction transcended the domain of athletics when, as an intern at The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation, he produced content. This experience enabled him to delve into uncharted territories of video production, effectively presenting prospective visitors to the town of Medora's aesthetic allure and splendour.
Nevertheless, Landen's true prowess was unveiled during his tenure as a Video Content Trainee for the Kansas City Royals. Landen, who was fortunate to be working with seasoned professionals in the sports industry, seized opportunities and challenges head-on, challenging himself to greater heights of ingenuity and proficiency.
In addition to honing his technical prowess, his tenure with the Royals fortified his resolve to pursue a career in the realm of professional athletics. Not only has the premature demise of Landen shattered the realm of sports videography, but it has also emptied the souls of those fortunate enough to have known him.
His conscientiousness, aptitude, and contagious zeal for his profession will be sorely lost by his peers, acquaintances, and the greater community. In addition to our sorrow over Landen Brocato's passing, let us commemorate the influence he exerted while he was among us.
