Boise State Suicide : Boise State University Student Death-Obituary : Unidentified Victim Found Dead At Campus Residence Hall

Counseling services and support resources are being made available to students and staff in need of assistance during this difficult time. 

The university community mourns the loss of a promising life cut short and vows to come together in solidarity to support one another through grief and healing.

Boise State University released the following statement:


“Our campus community is saddened today by the death of a student in one of our residence halls. We are heartbroken by this tragedy. We have been assured by Boise Police that there is no public safety threat to campus. Our thoughts are with the family members, friends, classmates, faculty, staff members and others who are grieving this loss.


Boise State University’s faculty and staff are committed to caring for our community. 

Counseling services are available to any member of our campus community. Please reach out and contact Boise State University Health Services at (208) 426-1459. Walk-in counseling services are available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on the 2nd floor of the Norco Building.”
