Conway, AR - Mandy Larios of UCA passed away in a horrible accident, and it is with a heavy heart that we bring this news to you. The Sigma Kappa Delta Tau chapter held Mandy in high esteem, and she was a member of the class that graduated in the fall of 2023. Link to GoFundMe

During her stay on campus, Mandy left an indelible mark on a great number of people's lives, not only within the chapter but also around the entire school, thanks to her infectious personality and vivacious attitude. There is no doubt that the Delta Tau chapter will never be the same without her presence.

Without making any effort, Mandy was able to illuminate any room she entered. She never failed to make a buddy alongside her travels, regardless of where she traveled. After meeting someone for the first time, she had a knack of making them feel as though she had known them for a very long time. 

It was impossible to find someone with her joyful nature and compassionate disposition. She leaves behind a large number of friends in addition to the irreplaceable role she played in our sisterhood. She was involved in a variety of activities across the campus of UCA. She will be remembered fondly and with great affection for all time.

On Thursday evening, between the hours of 6:30 and 8:00 p.m., the school will perform a memorial service in her honor at the amphitheater located outside of the Student Center. As they come together, hand in hand, to rejoice and remember their beautiful sister, the school extends an invitation to anybody who knew or loved Mandy to join them in that celebration.
