Born and raised in Pavo, Georgia, Cleve was a gentle giant who grew up on his family’s farm, where he developed a strong work ethic and a love for animals. 

His passion for farming led him to become a successful pig farmer, a career he pursued with pride throughout his life. 

Despite his international fame as a world-class arm wrestler, Cleve remained grounded and committed to his roots, never losing sight of his connection to the land and his community.
